William A. Martinez

  William A. Martinez, lovingly known as "Billy," passed away peacefully at the age of 65, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication.  Son of Patricia Guerra and Raymond Martinez, stepson of Donald Gilronan, and brother to Ramona Martinez, Raymond Martinez, Patricia Martinez, John Martinez, and Donald Gilronan, Jr.

In his personal life, Billy was deeply devoted to his loved ones.  With his first common-law wife, Jane Rodriguez, he was blessed with a daughter, Nicole, and a cherished granddaughter, Angelica. Later, he shared a meaningful relationship with Sandra Pabon, and a stepdaughter, Alexandria and grandchildren Michael (MJ), Amelia, and Sophia.  Billy's beloved dog, Daisy, was a constant source of happiness and companionship in his life.

Billy's warm personality and big heart made him unforgettable.  He got along with everyone, embodying the spirit of a "regular Joe" who worked hard, played harder, and cherished every moment of life.  Billy's memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.  Rest in peace, Billy.  You will be deeply missed and remembered forever.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. A viewing will take place from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
