Victor Torres Jr.

Victor Torres Jr., 70, of East Stroudsburg, PA passed away on Monday November 3, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Milagros (Martinez) Torres of Brooklyn, NY and the late Victor Torres.

  Victor was residing in the East Stroudsburg PA., area for the past 33 years and prior to that of Brooklyn, NY. He was employed as a Correctional Officer for the City of New York for many years. He was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in East Stroudsburg, PA.

 In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters: Tiffany Torres of E. Stroudsburg, PA and Beatrice Torres of Manhattan, NY, his former wife Maridalia Torres, siblings: Yvette Pinero, Wanda Torres, Ivan Torres and Richard Torres, grandchildren: Noah, Erwin, Christian and Leilani and a great grandson Zayclen. He was preceded in death by a son Hiran Caravallo and a brother Wilfredo Torres.

   A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday November 7, 2025, at 11:00am at St. John’s Catholic Church 5171 Milford Rd. East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 with Fr. Gregory A. Reichlen as celebrant. Burial of his ashes will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery Bushkill, PA. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, PA 18360 is in charge of the arrangements.
