Vernon S. Kibler, "Sonny", 77, of Stroudsburg passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in St. Luke's Hospital- Bartonsville. He was the husband of Carmen (Biondo) Kibler, with whom he celebrated 54 years of marriage. Born in Lehighton, PA he was the son of Pauline (Kibler) Counterman.
Vernon worked as a mechanic for Penn Dot most of his life and also at Pocono Pony. He was a lifelong resident of the Stroudsburg area,
In addition to his wife, Vernon is survived by his children; Denise Caucci and husband Alfred of Sterling, PA, Phillip Kibler and wife Chun of Marietta, Georgia, and Eric Kibler and companion Sherry Zateeny of Felton, Delaware, along with grandchildren; Alyssa and Nicholas Caucci.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday Feb. 27, 2021 at 12:00noon at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the time of the services.
