Valeria Panina 84 of Bushkill, Pa. passed away on Monday April 8, 2024 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono E. Stroudsburg, Pa. Born in Moscow, Russia she was the daughter of Karpman and Nina Israel.
She was residing with her very close friend Yelena Shelyuto of Bushkill, Pa. for the past several years.
