Thomas Schulten Obituary

Thomas H. Schulten, 68, of Elizabeth, New Jersey died Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Harold and Juanita (Johnson) Schulten.

Thomas graduated from Seton Hall University and held a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University. He was an avid reader and sports fan, cheering on his favorite teams, the Boston Red Socks and the Minnesota Vikings. He retired a manager from Acme Supermarkets.

He is survived by his sister; Ann Martin of Kunkletown; brother Harold Schulten of Stroudsburg; and loving niece Cherie DePasquale of Kunkletown. He was preceded in death by his brother Gary Schulten and his nephew, Jason Macfarlane.

There will be no services at this time. Cremation has been entrusted to the Pula Funeral Home, Inc. & Cremation Service. Memorial donations in Thomas’ honor may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital by visiting st.jude.org.
