Theresa G. Meyers

Theresa G. Meyers, 78, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania died Saturday, October 26, 2024, at her home.  Born in Morristown, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Henry Meyers and Rachelle Hunton.

Theresa grew up in Union, New Jersey and worked as a medical secretary.  She later retired to the Poconos in the late 1980s. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in East Stroudsburg. Theresa was a private person that kept to herself mostly with a handful of cherished friends.  She could often be found enjoying a good meal appreciating fine dining or playing a game of solitaire.

She is survived by her siblings: Katherine Meyers; Muriel Meyers; Stephen Meyers; Alton Hunton; Ramona Hunton; nieces & nephews; and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her sister Geneva Hunton.

There will be no services for Theresa.  Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
