Sonny J. Straub

Sonny J. Straub 93 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Tuesday March 16, 2021 in the New Eastwood Nursing Home Easton, Pa. Born in Sacramento, Pa. he was the son of Eston H. and Anna V. (Troutman) Straub.

 Sonny was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 3 years and prior to that he resided in the Wormleysburg, Pa. area.  Sonny interred the United Sates Air Force in 1945 during WWII and served there until his discharge in 1967. He then became the field manager in New Jersey with the customer service department for Unisys Corporation for many years retiring in 1975.

He is survived by a son Karl Dickl and his wife Sandy of Stroudsburg, Pa.

  Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Wednesday March 23, 2021 at 11:30am in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, Pa.
