Rosemarie Napoli

Rosemarie Napoli, 90, of Tannersville, Pennsylvania and formerly of Stroudsburg died Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at her home with her family by her side.  She was the widow of the late Thomas I. Napoli with whom she shared 47 years of marriage prior to his passing in 2002.  Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Millie (Villamina) Suppa.

Rosemarie worked as the head of customer service at a printing company, then as a secretary for the Brooklyn Waterfront and later as a receptionist for Wall Street prior to retiring and moving to Stroudsburg in 2002.  She was a member of the Church of St. Luke and enjoyed living in Stroudsburg partaking in all the festivals and events in town.  She appreciated reading and working on crossword puzzles or watching Jeopardy.  She never missed an episode of her favorite show, Golden Bachelor.

Rosemarie is survived by her daughter; Toni Cusumano-Hemsey and her husband, Louis; son Thomas J. Napoli and his partner, Angela Morello; grandchildren: Christopher “Topher” Cusumano; Melissa Cusumano and her husband, Robert Venuti; great grandchildren; Giana, Giovanni; Lilliana Rose; and brother, Bernard Suppa.  She was preceded in death by her sisters; Jean Prizzi and Nancy Crivelli.

Fr. Michael Quinnan will celebrate a mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Church of St. Luke, 818 Main Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360.  Burial will follow at Stroudsburg Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 North 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to the charity of your choice in Rosemarie's memory.
