Rolando Pagan

Rolando “Ro” Pagan, 50, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved husband of Kelly Pagan with whom he shared nearly 22 years of marriage and the cherished son of Angel Luis Pagan and Minerva Gonzales of Brooklyn, New York.

In addition to his wife and parents, Rolando is survived by his siblings: Angel Pagan; Carmen Pagan; Soraida Pagan; and Christina Pagan; as well as his beloved niece and nephews, Destiny Olmo, Carlos Olmo, and Alan Louis.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he began working at Time Warner Cable, which is now known as Spectrum for over 25 years. Rolando was known for his kind heart and warm sense of humor. He enjoyed cars and had a love for travel, especially taking cruises with his wife whenever possible. Most recently, he fulfilled a long-time dream by purchasing an RV to explore nature and travel more freely alongside her. Above all, Rolando was a devoted husband, always by his wife’s side and a loving son, brother, and uncle.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Family and friends will be received from 6:00 PM until the time of service. Interment will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Linden, New Jersey.
