Robert D. Matlock

Robert “Bob” D. Matlock, 67, of Blakeslee, Pa. passed away on Monday June 3, 2024. He was the loving husband of Dorothy (Rowe) Matlock. Born in Phillipsburg, N.J., he was the son of Lewis and Eleanor (Cooper) Matlock.

Bob worked as an auto mechanic for many years.  He was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his wife Dorothy, he is survived by his children: Amy Matlock and Robert L. Matlock of Blakeslee, 4 grandchildren, and his siblings: Lois Strunk, Grace Shipps, Carol Shipps and Joseph Matlock.

A Catholic prayer service will be held on Thursday June 13, 2024, at 10:30am at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360 with Fr. Brian Clarke officiating. Burial will follow in St. Matthews Cemetery E. Stroudsburg, Pa.
