Richard Urban Meistrell 80, of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Thursday April 6, 2023, at his home. He was the widower of Ann T. (Johnson) Meistrell who died on March 27, 2023. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Richard U. Meistrell Sr.
Richard was a resident of the E. Stroudsburg area for the past 30 years and he was of the catholic faith. He was artist in the arts and cultural arena for many years. He was also a Navy veteran.
He is survived by a son John N. Deluca and his wife Marieelise of Oxford, Fl. and 3 grandchildren: John Michael Deluca, Antonia Deluca and Samantha Hulme and a sister- in- law Nina Merriet.
