Richard Lugo

   Richard Lugo 55, of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Sunday April 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bronx, New York, he was the son of Joaquin Lugo and Maria Bonilla. Richard was a resident of the E. Stroudsburg area for the past 17 years.

  Richard was employed as a truck driver with the Global Demolition and Carting Company for many years. He was of the catholic faith.

 In addition to his parents, he is survived by 2 daughters: Krystal Ortiz of Bronx, New York and Victoria Lugo of Effort, Pa. his former wife Francine Marrero, a brother Edmond Lugo and a sister Cynthia Lugo.
