Miguel Bonilla Obituary
Miguel A. Bonilla, 69 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Sunday Dec. 13, 2020. Born in Puerto Rico he was the son of Luis and Hermina (Cruz) Bonilla. Miguel was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 20 years and prior to that he resided in the Brooklyn, New York area. He worked as a truck driver most of his life and he was of the catholic faith.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Jacqueline Tilley and her husband Luis of Stroudsburg, Pa. and Isabel Cotto and a son Miguel A. Bonilla Jr. both of East Stroudsburg, Pa.; 10 grandchildren: Chassady, Megan, Shaina, Trisha, Briana, Ashley, Victoria, Chanz, Layla and Dekota and 9 great grandchildren: Penelope, Ezra, Michael, Matthew, Selena, Cadyn, Desmond, Jaxson and Nicholas, a brother Ernesto Bonilla and several other siblings.
There will be a viewing on Friday Dec. 18, 2020 from 12:00noon until 2:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360 followed by a prayer service starting at 2:00pm with Fr. Carmen Perry officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
Covid 19 restrictions will be in place at the funeral home.
