Michael L. Thompson

Michael L. Thompson 58 of Delaware Water Gap, Pa. passed away on Monday June 21, 2021. He was together for 31 years to the love of his life Norbinda De Silva. Born in Lafayette, Louisiana he was the son of the late Shirley Mayo of Louisiana and Joseph Thompson of Texas. Michael was a resident of the East Stroudsburg/Delaware Water Gap areas for the past 14 years and prior to that he resided in the Newark, New Jersey area.

In addition to his companion Norbinda he is survived by a daughter Michelle Thompson and step-sons: Danny and William Lopes, in laws, grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins and uncles.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 4:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm until the time of the services at the funeral home.
