Martin John Joseph Klett, a 71-year-old from Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Born in Queens, New York, he was the son of John M. and Anne (O'Rourke) Klett.
Martin grew up in New Hyde Park alongside his siblings, Marian, Micheal, Mark, and Mathew. He was a hardworking man who workd as a self-employed carpet installer. He loved music and concerts. Later, he retired to his cozy home in Tobyhanna, where he could enjoy the company of his beloved cat, Mama Boots, and the natural beauty of the Poconos. He had a special fondness for feeding the deer every day.
Martin is survived by his daughter, Nicole Cassata, and his son, Dustin Klett, both from New Hyde Park, New York. He also had two grandchildren, Gianna Cassata and Charley Cassata, whom he loved very much.
Private cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
