Marilyn J. (Hann) Sauer

Marilyn J. Sauer 82 of Williamstown, N.J. passed away on Wednesday March 10, 2021. She was the widow of Willis D. Stapleton, Sr. and Frederick H. Sauer who died in 2007. Born in Camden, N.J. she was the daughter of Russell and Genevieve (Eleanor) Hann.

  Marilyn was residing with her daughter Sharon McGough for the past 15 years and prior to that she resided in the Tobyhanna area for 24 years.  She worked as an office assistant for the Pocono Elementary Center for several years. She was a born again Christian and proud of it.

   Marilyn is survived by 2 daughters: Sharon L. McGough of Williamstown, N.J. and Jenny L. Hotalen of New York City and a son Willis D. Stapleton Jr. of Mountain Top, Pa. 2 grandchildren: Lorrieann and Simon and 3 great grandchildren.

     Graveside services and burial will be held at 11:30AM on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. in charge of the arrangements.
