Leonor Cedeno

Leonor Cedeno, 81, of Tannersville, PA, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was the widow of Jose “Louie” Cedeno.

Born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, to Sonny and Candida Jeanal, Leonor later lived in Staten Island, New York, before settling in Tannersville 42 years ago.

She is survived by her three children: Jennifer Cedeno-Bitzer and her husband David Bitzer of Tannersville, PA; Christopher Cedeno and his wife Erica Gracia-Cedeno of East Stroudsburg, PA; and Jason Cedeno and his wife Marie Cedeno of Switzerland. She is also survived by her five grandchildren: Alex Bitzer, Samantha Bitzer and her fiancé Patrick Gleason, Kyle Cedeno, Matthew Cedeno, and Steven Cedeno. Being a mother and grandmother was an important part of her life, and she valued the time she spent with her family.

There will be no services at this time. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
