Leonardo Melendez

Leonardo Melendez, 40, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania died Monday, September 29, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest in Allentown.  He was the loving husband of Natalia Melendez with whom he shared 18 years of marriage and courtship. Born in Bronx, New York, he was the son of Petra Melendez.

Leonardo was a hard worker having worked in construction and previously as a truck driver. He was always wanting to provide and care for his family. His family was his priority, and he loved them above all else.

Along with his wife and mother, Leonardo is survived by his children: Isaiah Melendez; Maribel Melendez; Jose Peralta; and Davon Rosario along with many cherished friends.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to the time of service.
