Larry A. (Sr.) Johnson

   Larry A. Johnson Sr. 80, of Reeders, Pa. passed away on August 6, 2024. Born in East Stroudsburg, PA. he was the son of Amos and Verna (Price) Johnson. Larry was a life-long resident of the Reeders area. He worked as a salesperson for the Hammond Plumbing Company of Stroudsburg, Pa. for many years.

  Larry is survived by 2 daughters: Betty H. Gambucci and her husband Joseph of Aiken, S.C. and Bonnie L. Maurer of Reeders, Pa., 7 grandchildren: Joseph, Michael, Amanda, Robert, Jessica, Christopher and Matthew and 11 great grandchildren: Hunter, Jayden, Skylar, Autumn, Dalton, Rylee, Cole, J.J., Dominic, Mikey and Cooper and his longtime best friend Larry Werkheiser.

  Larry was preceded in death by a son Larry John Jr. and sisters: Marion Drury and Leona Rubino.

 A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday Sept. 15, 2024 at 5:00pm at the Jackson Twp. Vol. Fire Dept. Rt. 715 Reeders, Pa. 18352. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. is in charge of the arrangements.
