Kenneth Whitby Obituary
Kenneth S. Whitby 67 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Monday Dec. 18, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, Pa. he was the son of Peter and Janet (Golden) Whitby. He was residing in the E. Stroudsburg area for the past 10 years and prior to that of the Kunkletown area.
He is early years he received his law degree and later worked in the construction business with his brother Richard. Kenneth is survived by his siblings: Richard A. Whitby, Douglas Whitby, Elizabeth Whitby, Brice Whitby, and Robert Whitby.
