Katharine Margaret Hallowell

Katharine “Kathy” Margaret Hallowell, 65, of Cresco, Pennsylvania, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 in Drums, Pennsylvania.

Born in Paterson, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late William and Anne (Hastings) Hallowell.

Kathy worked at Mountainhome Candle for many years. She enjoyed making crafts including drawings, crocheting, knitting, candle making, and embroidery. She also made animal figurines out of marble.

She is survived by her sister; Yvonne Flood and her husband, Michael; nephews: Michael Flood and his wife, Kate; Gary Flood and his fiance, Ashley; Robert Flood and his fiance, Melissa;nieces: Stephanie Flood and her fiance, James; Annie Ayala and her husband, Julio; grand nieces and grand nephews: Christopher John “CJ” Flood, Abigail, Olivia, Lila Flood; Carolynn  Sicilia; Jordan, Mason, Austin, and Kaiden Ayala, and companion David Buck. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Malina.

There will be no services at this time. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 North 9 th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
