John Joseph "Joe" Keiper

  John Joseph “Joe” Keiper 74 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Sunday October 27, 2024. Born in East Stroudsburg, Pa. he was the son of Allan W. And Mary Florence (O’Hara) Keiper. Joe was a lifelong resident of the Stroudsburg area and he was a Stroudsburg High School Graduate Class of 1967. He worked as a self-employed roofer for many years throughout the Monroe County area. He was of the catholic faith and he was a Army veteran of the Vietnam war.

   Joie is survived by his siblings: Howard Keiper of Concord, Ca., Karen K. Heery of East Stroudsburg, Pa. and Janice (Jan) Spear and her husband Sherman of Hopedale, Ma.
