Jennie Spath

  Jennie G. Spath 87 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Tuesday April 27, 2021 in the Geisinger Medical Center Wilkes Barre, Pa. Born in Jersey City, N.J. she was the daughter of Vincent and Mary (Consoli) Castiglia. Jennie was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 35 years and prior to that she resided in the North Bergen, N.J. area. While in New Jersey she was employed as a secretary for the New Jersey School District and later as a crossing guard for several years. She was of the Catholic faith.

  Jennie is survived by 3 daughters; Clarajean Krampert and her husband Walter and Michele Kakowski and her husband Glen of Bangor, Pa. and Susan Booth and her husband Edward of Stroudsburg, Pa., 9 grandchildren: David, Christie, Natalie, Phillip, Richard, Janine, Jessica, Ryan and Steven and 8 great grandchildren: Jacob, Caleb, Colt, Benjamin, Capri, Hazel, Edward and John and a sister, Marion Gottberg of Jacksonville, Fl.

  Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 8, 2021 at 3:30pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa.18360. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 pm at the funeral home.
