Jean Illescas

   Jean Illescas, 37, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday April 29, 2025. Born in Queens, NY, he was the son of Guadulupe (Mejia) Illescas of Stroudsburg, Pa. and the late Juan Illescas.

Jean was residing in the East Stroudsburg area for the past five years and ran his own business in trash removal. He was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church in East Stroudsburg, PA and had proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp.

  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday May 9, 2025, at 10:00am at St. Matthews Catholic Church 78 Ridgeway St. East Stroudsburg, PA. Burial will follow in the Stroudsburg Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Thursday May 8, 2025, from 6-8:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360.
