Janusz H. Slusarek

  Janusz H. Slusarek, 74, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday February 3, 2026. Born in Gdynia, Poland he was the loving husband of Danuta Slusarek with whom he had celebrated 39 years of marriage.

Janusz was residing in the East Stroudsburg area for the past 25 years. He was employed as a maintenance director for many years, and he was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Stroudsburg, PA.

 In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 sons: Gracjan Slusarek of Gdynia, Poland and Christopher Slusarek of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; grandson: Jackson Slusarek and sister Urszula Lucyk of Chmielno, Poland.

  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 10, 2026, at 1:00pm at St. Luke’s Catholic Church 818 Main St. Stroudsburg, PA with Fr. Chris Zlimak officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of the mass at the church.
