Janet Higgins

Janet Higgins, 65 years old, of East Stroudsburg, PA, passed suddenly on March 26, 2023. She was born
in Oxford, PA on December 25th and raised in Somerdale, New Jersey. Janet had a big heart, was generous, kind and
always willing to help others. She adored her two sons, Rocco and Nicholas. She loved her family and
especially loved when we were all together. She was a free spirit, marching to her own beat, dancing to
her own music. The music stopped way too soon.

Janet is survived by her precious son, Rocco, her brother Marty (Terri), sisters Vivian (Dave) and Barbara
(Toby). She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Brian, Laura, Scott, Renee, Jim, Ken,
Shannon and Toby and many great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her precious son,
Nicholas, her parents, Vincent and Adele Higgins and by Rocco and Nicky's father, Charles P. (Chip)
Arena.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Arthritis Foundation.
