James S. Rodriguez

James S. Rodriguez, 92, of Burlington, New Jersey died on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his residence.  He was the loving husband of the late Jane (Ester) Rodriguez with whom he shared many years of marriage prior to her passing in 1991.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Arthur and Philomena (Jeannatia) Rodriguez.

A proud veteran, James served in the United States Air Force during World War II.  He was a member of the St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Bushkill and a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Marshalls Creek Council #11935.  During his working career, James was an automobile dye builder with the Budd Company in Philadelphia, PA.

He was an avid lover of animals, in particular his ferret "Bobo", his cat "Ginger" and all the deer that resided in his backyard.

James is survived by his sons: James E. Rodriguez and his wife, Elisa of Burlington, New Jersey, John M. Rodriguez of Hueytown, Alabama, daughters: Lisa Ann Lipiec, and her husband, Ernest of Westampton, New Jersey; Patrice Marie Meilunas of Woodstock, Georgia; many grandchildren, great-grand children, and great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his grandson Bryan James Rodriguez.

Private interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
