Henrietta Honorowski

Henrietta Honorowski, 90, of Tannersville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was the widow of the late Casimir A. Honorowski with whom she shared 24 years of marriage prior to his passing in 1979. Born in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Gaval.

Henrietta raised her children and cared for her husband during his time of illness until his passing. Later she began working at Camelback resort and became manager and cook there. She enjoyed people and interacting with others. After retiring, Henrietta loved traveling to the beach or taking a chance at the casino. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family.

Henrietta is survived by her children: Charles Honorowski (Phyllis); Mary Young (Tim); June George (Jim); Anthony Honorowski (Teresa); grandchildren: Natasha Glatz (Tony); Anthony Honorowski, Jr.; Casimir Honorowski; Luke Honorowski; Joseph Honorowski; Emily Billingsley (Cooper); Ian Young; great-grandchildren: Anthony and Natalie Glatz; and her dear friends.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
