Gary Thornton Obituary

Gary Thornton 61, of Albrightsville, Pa. passed away on Thursday Many 27, 2021. Born in Brooklyn, New York he was the son of Ruth (Murray) Thornton of Albrightsville and the late George Thornton. Gary was a resident of the Albrightsville area for the past 17 years and prior to that he resided in the Manhattan, N. Y. area. He was employed at the New York City of Corrections for many years and he was of the catholic faith.

In addition to his mother Ruth he is survived by his siblings: Tomma Thornton, Marvin Thornton and Gregory Thornton a niece Daydre Thornton and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings: Georgette Thornton, Jeffrey Thornton and Larry Thornton.
