Frank M. Ruggiero 57 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Thursday Aug. 4, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Susan (Mitchell) Ruggiero. Born in Manhattan, New York he was the son of Nicholas and Grace (Palazzo) Ruggiero

Frank was a resident of the Stroudsburg/E. Stroudsburg area s for the past 15 years and prior to that he resided in the Brooklyn, New York area. He was a N.Y.P.D police officer retired and later worked as an engineer for the Department of Education.

In addition to his wife Susan, he is survived by his children: Frank M. Ruggiero Jr. and wife Lisa, Michael Ruggiero and wife Estrella, Alyssa Struble and husband Steven, a brother Anthony Ruggiero and wife Diana and his grandchildren: Michael, Amanda, Frankie, Esabella, Madelyn and Jameson. He was preceded in death by a son Christopher Ruggiero.

Private cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360.
