Frank Laboy

   Frank Laboy 67 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Wednesday Aug. 24, 2023. He was the loving husband of Sonia (Rodriquez) Laboy with whom he celebrated 46 years of marriage. Born in Manhattan, New York, he was the son of Ramon and Eduvigis (Dejus) Laboy.

   Frank was a resident of the Marshalls Creek area for the past 15 years and prior to that he resided in the Queens, New York area. He was employed in the construction business for many years, and he was of the catholic faith.

  In addition to his wife Sonia, he is survived by his siblings: Jose Eday, Luz Madera and Carmen Soto and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

    Funeral services will be held on Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, at 2:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. The family will receive friends from 12:00noon until the time of the services at the funeral home.
