Felix Cesario Santos

    Felix Cesario Santos 95 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Wednesday Feb. 14, 2024. He was the loving husband of Maria (Velez) Santos. Born in Manta, Ecuador he was the son of Pedro and Rosa (Delgado) Santos. He was residing in the Stroudsburg area for the past year and prior to that of Freehold, New Jersey. He was employed as a factory worker for many years and he was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church of Stroudsburg, Pa.

  In addition to his wife Maria he is survived by his children: Pedro Santos wife Rochelle of Stroudsburg, Pa., Jose Santos wife Felicita of Chalotte, N.C. and Mercedes Valencia husband Jose of Freehold, N.J., daughter in law Ana Santos, many grand, great and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a children, Felix Santos Jr., Rosa Ludwig, and Carlos Santos.

  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday Feb. 19, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church 818 Main St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360 with Fr. Michael Quinnan as celebrant. Burial will follow Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens 1098 Woodbridge Center Dr. Woodbridge, N.J. 07095 at 11:00am.

  There will be a viewing on Sunday Feb. 18, 2024 from 2-4:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360.
