Dr. Hubert Velten Obituary

Dr. Hubert P. Velten, 95, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday December 8, 2024. Born in Hamberg, Germany he was the son of Hubert and Johanna (Christensen) Velten.

Hubert was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 24 years and prior to that he resided in the Michigan and Germany areas. He was a Psychiatrist working in the Medical Field for many years.

Hubert is survived by cousins: Edmund Velten of Islip, Long Islanc, NY and Ingred Juergensen of Belvidere, NJ. He was preceded in death by a son, Jean Pierre Velten.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with entombment in the Mountain View Mausoleum at Laurelwood Cemetery, Stroudsburg, Pa.
