Densil Stanton Smith

   Densil Stanton Smith 74 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Tuesday July 11, 2023. Born in Jamacia he was the son of Estharana Mowatt of Jersey City, New Jersey, and the late Ruben Smith. Densil was residing in the E. Stroudsburg area for the past 5 years and prior to that he resided in the Ocoee, Florida area.

  He was employed as an auto mechanic for many years, and he was of the Christian faith.

  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children: Marcia Smith-Gooden of E. Stroudsburg, Pa., Floyd Smith of Cape Cod, MA. and Wayne Smith of Jamacia, two sisters: Eugenie Spence and Monica Smith and 5 grandchildren.

  Funeral services will be held on Friday July 21, 2023, at 11:00am from the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. Burial will follow in the Stroudsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of the services at the funeral home.
