Dennis J. Malady

Dennis James Malady, 80, of Stroudsburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, July, 18 th 2023. Dennis was born on November 28, 1942 to Dennis and Anna Malady in Newark, NJ.

After Dennis graduated from Irvington Tech, Irvington, NJ he went on to work along side his father at Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery in Newark, NJ were he spent the next 20 plus years. In 1980 Dennis became Packaging Manager at Anheuser Busch Brewery in Newark, NJ, where he was recognized for multiple achievements from August Busch, III. He continued there for the next 20 years until his highly decorated retirement. During his retirement he continued to work, his last job was a school bus driver as he got a kick out of being around the children. Dennis had an unprecedented work ethic and was a mentor to many. Dennis was life long member of Train Collectors Association and The Elks Lodge, South Orange, NJ.

He is survived by his wife Susan (Dibernard): his daughters, Shannon Arnold (Duane) of Great Meadows, NJ and Elizabeth Vesper (Christopher) of Belvidere, NJ: his beloved grandsons, Gunnar James and Jaxon Christopher Vesper: and his sisters, Rosemary Fitzsimon, Denise Desiderio and Maureen Ciccolini.

There will be no services at this time.  Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 North 9th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360.
