Delmar C. McCaskill

      Delmar C. McCaskill age 51 of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday April 29, 2026. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Mildren White of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania and the late Coleman McCaskill.

 Delmar was residing in the Tobyhanna area for the past 31 years. He was employed in the Security field for many years, and he was of the Christian faith.

 In addition to his mother Mildren he is survived by his children: Donovan D. McCaskill of West Pittston, PA, Alijah McCaskill and Angelina McCaskill both Tobyhanna, PA and Daniella Frey of Stroudsburg, PA and a sister Yolanda White of Brooklyn, NY.

 Cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, PA 18360. There will be a memorial service at a later date at God’s Temple of Praise and Worship Church in Tobyhanna, PA.
