Delia Villa Obituary

Delia E. Villa, 39 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Friday Jan. 13, 2022. Born in East Stroudsburg, Pa. she was the daughter of Patricia (Frenz) Ruiz and her husband Irving of Stroudsburg, Pa.

Delia was a lifelong resident of the E. Stroudsburg area working as a waitress for several years.

In addition to her mother Patricia, she is survived by her children: Naomi Nevarez Raquel Nevarez, Destiny Nevarez, Frank Randolph and Edgardo Nevarez III, a sister Alison Howey, and nieces Sonnie and Charlotte. Delia was preceded in death by her longtime companion Edgardo Nevarez.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
