David Puchala

   David C. Puchala, 27, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, he was the son of Cezary J. Puchala of Stroudsburg, Pa. and Iwona (Nowicka) Schindlaua of Wallington, New Jersey.

David was residing in the Stroudsburg area for the past nine years and prior to that of the New Jersey area. He was employed as a truck driver for several years and he was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church of Stroudsburg, PA.

    In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother: Kevin Puchala of Wallington, N.J., paternal Grandmother Alfrieda Puchala of Poland, maternal grandparents: Wanda and Stanislaw Nowicka of Wallington, New Jersey and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday June 21, 2025, at 11:00am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 818 Main St. Stroudsburg, PA.  Burial will follow in the Stroudsburg Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Friday June 20, 2025, from 6-8:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th St. Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
