Daniel J. Greydanus, 86, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Pocono. He was the widower of the late Gaye (Aquilino) Greydanus with whom he shared 50 loving years prior to her passing in 2016. Born in Denver, Colorado, he was the son of the late Daniel J. and Minnie Greydanus.
Daniel was an avid reader and a war buff. He enjoyed learning about and discussing politics. Daniel could fix anything from appliances to cars; he was the go-to guy if something wasn’t working correctly. If he didn’t know how to fix it, he would figure it out.
He is survived by his children: Daniel C. Greydanus and his wife, Annette; Christopher Greydanus; Lori Goodwin and her husband, Eddie; John Greydanus and his wife, Erin; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Xena. He was preceded in death by his son, James Greydanus.
There will be no services at this time. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
