Clarissa Randle

Clarissa Randle has passed away peacefully at the age of 69, on Tuesday May 5, 2026, at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital of Manhattan, New York. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of Silas and Shirley (Randle) Jackson.

Clarissa worked as an elementary school teacher for many years in the New York City area. She was a devoted Christian of the Baptist denomination.

Clarissa is survived by her four sons: Lee Jackson, Sha-Heen White, Manual Weems alongside his wife Pearl, and Michael Samuda Jr. alongside his wife Allison, her sister: Shirley Ann Jackson, her nieces and nephews: Kadrina (Drina), Glen (GJ or Glenny), and Nefertiti (Titi), and her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2026, at 12:00pm; at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N 9th St Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The viewing will take place from 10:00am until the time of the funeral services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Stroudsburg Cemetery.
