Christianah A. Johnson

Christianah A. Johnson, 76, of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday August 11, 2023. She was the widow of Issah Johnson. Born in Lagos, Nigeria she was the daughter of Robert and Dorcas Martins. Christianah was residing in the Tobyhanna area for the past 20 years. She was employed as a registered nurse for many years.

She is survived by her children: Margaret Denton of Conroe, Texas, Janet Johnson-Saka and Edward Johnson and several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 18, 2023, at 1:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18301 The family will receive friends from 12:00noon until the time of the services at the funeral home.
