Chad M. Hantisch, 41, of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, he was a son of Kathleen A (Monroe) Sherman of Stroudsburg and the late Terry D. Hantisch of Kunkletown.
Chad served proudly as a Sergeant in the United States Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 744th MP BN from Bethlehem. Chad enjoyed tinkering with cars, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and making everyone around him laugh.
Chad is survived by his mother; Kathleen Sherman and her husband, William; children: Joselyn and Benjamin and their mother JenniLynn; step brother Jonathan Sherman and his wife, Chelsea; girl friend Ashley Heil; and many loving aunts uncles nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Brett Hanitsch and his father Terry Hanitsch.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
