Carl McDougal Obituary

Carl F. McDougal, 61, of Tobyhanna passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 in Wilkes Barre General Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of Edward and Lillian (Wynn) McDougal. Carl was the husband of Sandra (Walker) McDougal, with whom he celebrated 39 years of marriage.

Carl was a bus driver in Manhattan for most of his life.

In addition to his wife, Sandra, Carl is survived by his children; Calvin McDougal, Brian McDougal, Keisha McDougal, and Jeffery McDougal.

Cremation will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Joseph J Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 is assisting the family with arrangements.
