Brenda Hargett Obituary

Brenda M. Hargett 59 of Stroudsburg, Pa. passed away on Friday Oct. 1, 2021 at the St. Luke’s Hospice in Bethlehem, Pa. Born in New York City, N.Y. she was the daughter of James and Lucy (Harden) Alston. Brenda was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 16 years and prior to that she resided in the New York City area.

She was employed as a federal officer at the Smithsonian Institute of New York for many years and she was of the Christian faith. Brenda is survived by a son Christopher Alston of Stroudsburg, Pa. Cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa.18360
