Bella Vattiato

Bella Vattiato, 98, of Stroudsburg, PA passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2026. She was the widow of Nicholas Vattiato who died in 2008. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Joseph and Antoinette (Spano) Cassano.

 Bella was residing in the Stroudsburg area for the past 40 years. In her early years she worked as a factory worker, and she was of the catholic faith.

 She is survived by a sister Diana Cassano of Broad Channel, N.Y., 2 nieces Marie Penna and her husband Frederick of Farmingdale, NY, and Diana Scotto Serafin of Merrick, NY, great nephews and nieces , Will, Mike, Kait, Freddie and Toni and her good friend Dorothy Fraker. Bella was preceded in death by a sister Roseann Scotto and a niece JoAnn Scotto.

  Funeral services will be held on Monday July 27, 2026, at 12:00 noon at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 N 9th St Stroudsburg, PA 18360, with Fr. Michael Quinnan officiating. Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery East Stroudsburg, PA. There will be a viewing on Monday July 27, 2026, from 11:00 am until the time of the services at the funeral home.
