Beatrice "Bea" M. Cuccovia

Beatrice “Bea” M. Cuccovia, 81, of Reeders, Pennsylvania died Monday, October 14, 2024, at Brookmont Healthcare Center in Effort.  She was the loving wife of Joseph A. Cuccovia with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. Born in Teaneck, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Beatrice Colton.

Bea was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Tannersville.  She resided in Bergenfield, New Jersey where she babysat the children of the neighborhood prior to moving to Reeders where she lived for over 30 years. Bea loved to cook, bake, and care for her family.  She also enjoyed shopping.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her children: Patricia Rauch; Joseph Cuccovia Jr. and his wife, Yolanda; Lisa Layton and her husband, Terry; Daniel Cuccovia and his wife, Miriam; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters: Cathy Marchiona and her husband, Lewis; Roseann Darmochwal and her husband, John; Barbara Muklevicz and her husband, Curt; along with many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jared Rauch.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to the time of service.
