Anthony M. Barbato

Anthony M. Barbato, 73, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, June 21, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side.  Born in Bronx, New York, he was a son of the late Salvatore and Lucy (Difilipis) Barbato.

Anthony had a vast collection of book’s and you could find him reading at any opportunity. He also enjoyed fishing and listening to music.  Anthony was a family man and took care of his family. During his working career, he was an Electrical Engineer Inspector for ConEdison.

Anthony is survived by his children: Cody Barbato; Melissa Morrell; grandchildren: Julianna and Nicholas; sister in law: Joyce Imbrosci and many dear friends. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Christopher and Sal Barbato.

There will be no services at this time.  Private cremation has been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
