Angelina "Angie" Matese

Angelina “Angie” Mary Matese, 94, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania died Friday, December 20, 2024, at the Lehigh Valley Hospice House in East Stroudsburg.  She was the widow of the late Jerry Matese, Sr. Born in New York City, New York, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Isabella Yovino.

Angie was a member of St. Luke’s Church in Stroudsburg where she sang in the choir.  She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Rocking Red Hats Chapter.  Prior to retiring, Angie worked as a receptionist in a beauty salon.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Matese, Jr. and his wife, Nadine; grandchildren: Alexander and Matthew and her brother, Dominick Yovino.

There will be a funeral service on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 5:30 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.  A visitation will take place from 3:30 PM to the time of service.
